If you think you have found a technical problem or issue with the site — or if you have found an issue inside your account that a Zerys admin needs to look at — the best way to tell us about it is to
submit a private support ticket. (There's also a link to this form at the bottom of each screen in your Zerys account. )
Submitting a ticket will help get the fastest response. It also helps us track each issue all the way thru to completion. Finally, when you submit the ticket, the system will capture your OS and browser information, which is often times critical info that helps the tech team troubleshoot the issue.
If you submit a ticket about an issue with a job or client, please include the client ID and job titles related to your question.
