Writers sometimes place a job On Hold to ask a question and never hear back from the clients, and they want these jobs cancelled so they can take more jobs without it affecting their stats. To this end, writers may cancel jobs that have been On Hold for two weeks or more without the job being added to their "Cancelled" tab or stats. This should give the client adequate time to respond if they plan to, without leaving the writer in the lurch for too long.
