Can clients decline my work? What happens if they do? Options

Yes. Clients do have the option to decline your work at any time if they are not satisfied with it. Clients also have the option to request revisions, however, they are not required to request revisions before declining it. This is because there are times when the client simply feels that the writer is not a good match for their project and a revision would only be wasting your time. If a client chooses to decline your work, you are not paid for the work, but you do maintain copyright ownership of the piece and could choose to use it for your own legitimate purposes in the future if you wish (after making sure to remove any references to the client). The client no longer has access to your content once it is declined. We understand it is difficult to have your work declined, but we've learned that by offering this feature to Zerys buyers, it makes them more comfortable and secure, and they end up posting more work, which ultimately allows writers to earn more in the long run.
