Hi Sandra,

Great question!

A while back we removed some older posts and all replies that were part of a writer's count from those threads automatically get subtracted by the forum software. It means that most member's post counts aren't accurate, but it doesn't take long for active members' counts to go back up!

We love hearing from all of you, so feel free to light up the forums with helpful advice for each other and some writer cooler chat!

You know, I've been speaking and reading for decades, but there are some words I can't grok. One of those is "lurk". ;)
