Welcome to Zerys!

Zerys is a content planning, production, and editorial workflow system.  As a writer in Zerys, you can find and accept writing jobs, create and submit your content, communicate with clients, interact with fellow writers, and get paid by your clients—all in one place!

We’ve tried to design Zerys to be simple and easy to use.  Here’s how it works:

1. Log into your account

2. Check the New Client Job Board (you can also choose to be notified by email when new jobs are posted that match your profile)

3. Browse the lists of available jobs, find those that interest you, review the job details and accept a job to get started

4. Write the content and, when ready, submit it to the client

Zerys buyers use a unique process to setup each content project. First, they must use a unique workflow to find writers that match their needs and identify writers they love. Once they've found a writer and added them to their "Favorites List", they can start planning their content and their editorial calendar. They have access to sophisticated research and planning tools to help them come up with the best topics to write about, and create interesting titles they’d like to have written. Finally, they can provide other details like word count range, seo preferences, and most importantly, they must provide detailed writer instructions. Once they've planned out what content they want, they can either post it to their Favorite Writer Job Board (and allow any of their Favorite Writers to take it on a first come first served basis), or they can direct assign each piece to one specific favorite writer. When buyers order directly from you, they pay you the per-word rate you specify in your profile, or any rate you negotiate with them.  Earnings are deposited to your PayPal account every few weeks, around the 1st and 15th of the month.

You probably have a lot of questions, so please feel free to check out our other forum topics for FAQs and answers.  And, of course, you are always welcome to submit a Support ticket (under the Support tab on your account's User Dashboard) if you ever have a question or problem not addressed here.

Thanks for joining the Zerys writer network.  We look forward to your success!

Thanks for the information. I wish there were some tech instructions regarding troubleshooting when certain things go awry.

Hi Lynette,

There's really just a short checklist to do if you run into issues.
1. Try restarting your browser
2. Try restarting your computer
3. Try a different browser

If you still have issues, open a support ticket and give us the title, the screen you were on, the exact steps you took and what result the system gave you. We will look into your issue and get it resolved asap!
